Operations Manager, Master Plumber, and HVAC/Electrical Technician

Northern Lights Mechanical is a Veteran-owned small business in Southern Maine which serves the greater Portland and Lakes Region area. We are growing and would like to add a qualified Operations Manager, Master Plumber and HVAC/Electrical Technician to the team.

We are looking to hire detail-oriented individuals who are knowledgeable in reading diagrams, schematics & blueprints, have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills, and can be flexible with daily routine. Our broad base of customers requires that the candidates are able to adapt quickly to challenging situations, and have excellent customer service skills.

• Install, maintain and repair ventilation, refrigeration, heating, air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keep daily logs and time sheets.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
• Inspecting various electrical systems used for heating, cooling and ventilation.

• Possess excellent technical skills.
• Should have complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift heavy objects.
